Thanks for the help!

I must hand it to the first two individuals who left comments in reference to my inaugural blog entry. Sometimes coming up with an inspirational subject matter to write about can be difficult. So many issues out there that deserve attention it’s good to have such an important problem brought to light. These two individuals though passionate in their replies, supply no facts, offer no solutions, nor do they raise any real questions. They simply supply disrespectful, political rhetoric, designed to incite anger in their perceived political opposition. This will not help fix anything. In order to do what is inherently American, and come to a compromise that will move this country forward we first must speak to each other with respect.
This has been a growing problem within our country’s political process. The two parties have waging all out political war on each other at the expense of the American people. Both political parties have spent many hundreds of millions of dollars on negative ads that smear reputations not spread facts. They both have taken sound bites out of context and used them to tell anything but the truth. Political shock jocks who rule they air waves in order to insure ratings result to name calling not fact recital. These hosts spread disrespectful catch phrases that their clones love to recite in response to anything that might be alleged as political opposition. Most of these clones have little or no answer when you ask them why they support what they do.  What once was a political debate in this country has often deteriorated to the point it resembles something that stinks and that we all don’t want to step in.

The answers to the problems that face America and its citizens are not all red or all blue, all liberal or all conservative. But rather these difficult answers will be most certainly found through the collective ideas of many, working together in compromise. Compromise is the basis of democracy and it’s through compromise that our founding fathers first lit the fires of freedom. But none of it would have ever been possible without respect. We most certainly will not agree on many things but we cannot move forward as a people and a country without respect.
We must raise real issues and put forth truth if we are to do our part to insure success in this continuing experiment in democracy. Many generations of Americans have sacrificed so much so that we have the opportunity to speak freely as we do here. All of us should be willing to sacrifice some pride and realize that none of us have all the answers, but through intelligent respectful debate we might find the ones we need.
So with all this in mind I ask either of these two individuals (or anyone else) to come up with one issue, one problem, and come up with possible solutions and put it out there for an intelligent respectful debate!

  1. The Problem is the Division
The Division of our Nation, we are a nation of groups everyone has to be categorized as something not someone. We have The Asian Americans, The African Americans, Black Americans, Hispanic Americans, Indian Americans, Mexican Americans, Muslim Americans, Jewish Americans, and White Americans.
From this we are divided into more groupings Democrats, Republicans, Independents,
From there we are broken into even smaller groups Right Wing Conservatives, Left Wing Liberals, Moderates, Socialist, Capitalists, Environmentalists, Rich, Poor, Lower Middle Class, Middle Class, Upper Middle Class, Employed, Unemployed, Employable, Unemployable, Smart, Dumb, Heterosexual, Bisexual, Homosexual, Transgender, and my favorite OTHER!!
Does anyone believe this is by accident?
Thomas Jefferson wrote a House Divided Can’t Stand, I ask who is bringing us together, who is calling for everyone to Unite and at this point it would be fair to ask who cares.
Who Cares Enough to give up their title (see above for yours) and just be an AMERICAN?
My Hope was for President Obama to be that person a leader that was like no other, a leader that would not just, but could bridge the division that has broken our Nation into so many parts.
But the change that so many of us had hoped would come never has and appears never will
All I hear is the same old tired lines from a not so fresh faced leader who has given up long before most of us where ready to.
I will share this about myself,
I Haven’t Given Up and I Never Will!!
    Bless You All
And never forget we are Head and Shoulders above all others as long as we remember one simple thing we are
    America

  2. You want some solutions? Impeach Obama, stop creating bills and amendments and start following the constitution, vote third party, make people on welfare perform community work, make people on welfare take drug tests, make people work for their food stamps, ship all illegal aliens to China, create a 12% flat tax, eliminate payroll taxes; and hang Pelosi for treason. Those are some real solutions! Now stop ranting and be a patriot, do something about it!

  3. Here's a fact for you. Name one thing Obama has done that has actually helped the economy? Name one thing... Guess what, you CAN'T. Obama has taking a bad economic situation and made it WORSE! The solution at this point is to vote out obama and vote for politicians who have the real solutions (The sucessful Capitalists; there's are reason they are sucessful after all ;) ). Vote change! Vote on the economic Demolishing crew and vote it the people with the real solutions: Freedom loving, hard working, capitalist-minded, baby kissing, socialist hating, liberal breaking, law abiding; and great fishing conservatives!

  4. Listen, oh liberal, and you shall hear of the truth that I am about to share. Democrats always trying to create solutions. That cause more problems and almost revolutions. Instead of following the true laws. They created bills and amendments that have broken a system that had worked without flaws. The Constitution was earned in blood. But with money and corruption it was washed away like a flood. Freedom is fleeting quicker and faster, with each bill that is passed that makes an American's wealth flatter and flatter. The democrats think they know what is best for us. But, they of all are lost deeper in the forrest. Vote out these crooks who think nothing of us, and vote in those who will bring us justice. Let me keep my guns and all my money, and make those bums get a job and buy their own honey. Farewell and goodbye I say unto you, until next time you need to hear the truth.

  5. My fellow americans:

The solutions that this country needs are the solutions I have. The solutions for the solutions that need solutions that arise. The change I must bring for the change that is due. The change that must come to bring change that is new. My solution for this country is a simple solution: fix the problems with lots of solutions. I believe the fix for the solution is another solution for that solution to work for those problems. If we following these solutions then all will be fixed. Good luck and Allah bless thee all!

    Yours Lovingly,

    Barrack Obama

    @All the conservative nut jobs
Now listen hear you little bastards who are attacking my supporters. Get off of this blog! We don't need your input. Socialism shall triumph! All of you shut the hell up and pay more taxes. If you don't pay your taxes, I won't be able to take a federal learjet to California every weekend and if I don't get my way I can be a nasty bitch! We are smarter than all of you, therefore, we deserve to take all of your money and freedom! We have logged your IP addresses and all of you shall be put in the new Obama approved conservative, concentration camp (There's nothing conservative about this camp, heh heh)! The solutions that this country needs is to always vote for the DONKEY and we will do what is best for all you stupid child-like citizens. NOW BOW TO ME AND BEG FOR FORGIVENESS, BWAH HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!

  8. Why do we need to raise issues? Doesn't this country already have enough issues as it is?
I am shocked at how many American complains about the state of affairs in this country, but never actually do something about it.
"We the people" must take a proactive approach to fixing this country, rather than just complaining because complaining does not fix anything.
Some ways Americans can get involved are:
When a news station presents news that is treacherous or offensive towards the Constitution, we should send letters to sponsors of news stations stating that we will boycott their product for supporting that given news station, more poor and middleclass Americans should run for political offices, we should vote third party, we should start more rallies and riots (When necessary), we should slam politicians with letters when they perform an action that is unconstitutional; and if all else fails we should start a revolution.
If we perform one or many of the above actions we can repair the horrific damage that has been instilled upon this country.

    Yours Truly,
    Tom the Patriot
